What we collect

• Booking enquiries: name, email, phone, date, guest count, preferences
• Payment data: handled directly by Stripe — we never see card numbers
• Anonymous analytics: page views, device, country (Google Analytics 4 + Microsoft Clarity)
• Marketing attribution: UTM tags and referrer (stored in your browser only)

Why we collect it

• To respond to your booking enquiry and confirm bookings
• To process payment via Stripe
• To improve the website and tailor content
• Legal obligations (Croatian fiscal law)

Who we share it with

• Stripe — payment processing (US/EU)
• Mailgun — transactional email (EU region)
• Cloudflare — hosting + analytics (EU region)
• Google Analytics 4 (anonymized IP)
• Croatian tax authority (legal requirement, invoices only)

We never sell or share your data with marketing partners.

How long we keep it

• Booking enquiries: 2 years
• Booking transactions: 11 years (Croatian fiscal law)
• Marketing emails: until you unsubscribe
• Analytics: 14 months
