Booking

A booking is confirmed once we send you written confirmation (WhatsApp, email or SMS). A 25% non-refundable deposit secures the booking; balance is due on departure. Full payment in advance is also accepted via Stripe Checkout.

Cancellation

• Free cancellation up to 24 hours before departure — full refund.
• Within 24 hours: 50% charge unless weather-related (see below).
• Weather cancellation (Bora wind > 25 kn or sea-state > 1.5 m): full refund or free rebooking, even inside 24 hours.

Liability

All boats are insured for third-party liability up to €1,000,000 with a €750 deductible payable by the client in case of guest-caused damage. Personal injury insurance is your responsibility — we strongly recommend travel insurance covering watersports.

Captain's authority

Our skipper has final say on whether to depart, where to go, and when to return based on weather, sea conditions and guest behaviour. Refusal to follow safety instructions can terminate the rental without refund.

Self-drive boats

For self-drive rentals you confirm that you (a) are over 18, (b) hold a valid boating licence (or are renting a no-licence boat), (c) have not consumed alcohol within 8 hours of departure, (d) accept liability for vessel damage caused by negligence up to the deductible amount.

Damage & loss

Guests are responsible for damage caused by negligence or improper use, up to €750. Beyond that, our hull insurance applies.

Disputes

These terms are governed by Croatian law. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably are subject to the jurisdiction of the Commercial Court in Dubrovnik.
